Mark Clark's L5300. It burned 0.5 seconds and reached 8,000ft.
The rocket, built by Bruce Georgeson, was 4" diameter and about
20lbs.

it's second flight on a sugar M-4500 and it reached 11,074 ft. Upon
landing it was re-packed and flown again on a M-1750 Purple Piranha and
reached 10,580 ft. |

Don Alexander's "O-Gasm" rocket at BALLS
2005 leaving on his version of the now famous "Everclear"
formula. The rocket is all aluminum except for the nose cone and
fin-can. The video is from BALLS 2004 when it flew on the "Purple
Piranha" formula.
Both Flights exceeded 22,000 ft.
